34
2026
34 years old today.
Why not make it hurt a little? So I ran 34km.
I started running in 2017 just to keep fit. Short runs. Slow runs. Solo runs.
8 years later, I still don’t enjoy the run. I enjoy finishing.
What I keep learning: no matter how your legs feel, keep moving. It is not always about how fast you run, but also how slow you can run.
34 makes you look back at the people who believed in you.
You know who you are. Thank you for the chance, the lesson, or just showing up at the right time. Every door you opened, I walked through.
To everyone who sent a message to the inbox today, I see you, thank you. It means more than you think.
